Revelation 3:17

"You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see."

Sometimes we become so lukewarm and content as Christians we totally forget Who it is we belong to and Who it was that saved us. Christ and the cross come to have very little meaning to us, and they're just like any other every-day word. We walk around wearing our prideful Christian robes yet in reality, as Jesus says, we are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked. When we fall at the feet of our Savior in awe and respect for everything He is, He clothes us in purified white.

I drew this after reading and meditating on these verses, as this is something I have been going through lately. I know it's not perfect, her arms especially, but it turned out better than I thought it would and it helped me to get my heart back on track. Thank you for viewing and God bless!
